01What is the difference between a SaaS product and a client portal?
A SaaS product is built for many customers who sign up and pay, so it needs multi-tenancy, billing and onboarding. A client portal serves a defined set of customers or staff, usually with roles, documents and workflows. We scope which one you need before any design or code starts.
02Can you build on top of our existing systems?
Yes. We map what already exists, such as your CRM, ERP, payment gateway or data sources, and design the portal around those systems through APIs and integrations instead of replacing them without a reason.
03How do you handle user roles and access?
Roles and permissions are designed in the discovery phase: who can see, create, approve and export what. We then build them as part of the core architecture so access rules are not bolted on later.
04Who owns the code and the data?
Ownership terms are agreed in writing before the project starts. In most engagements the client owns the product and its data; we document anything that is the exception during scoping.
05Do you support the product after launch?
We can continue with a support and iteration plan covering monitoring, fixes and new features. We use the same engineering approach behind our own products, Social Sync, Hadi and Call Sense.
