By using Social Sync, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below: Social Sync is a CRM platform that consolidates incoming messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and any future integrated social platforms. Users must connect their social handles voluntarily and grant the required permissions to access messaging features. Each connected handle (WhatsApp number, page, or account) is treated as an "agent" and is billed accordingly. The service is offered on a subscription basis, and usage is subject to payment and adherence to platform guidelines. Social Sync reserves the right to update these terms as required and will notify users of material changes.
2. Privacy Policy
Social Sync values your privacy. Here's how we protect and manage your data: We only collect data necessary to provide our service—messages, lead activity, and user interactions from connected platforms. All connections are user-initiated. We do not fetch or use data unless the user explicitly connects a platform. We never share or sell your data to third parties. Your data is encrypted and stored securely with access limited to authorized personnel.
3. Return / Refund Policy
Since Social Sync is a digital, subscription-based product, we do not offer refunds for payments once made. Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during any available free trials or demos before subscribing. Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not result in refunds for unused time
4. Data Retention:
If your account is inactive and you do not return within 60 days, all your data will be permanently deleted. If you return after 60 days, you will be considered a new user, and your prior data cannot be recovered. You can request deletion at any time, and we will comply within 10 business days.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation halts future charges but does not refund prior payments. Access to the platform will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
